These Terms of Service govern your use of the Out The Vault website, merchandise store, beat licensing platform, and session booking services.
All garments and prints are produced in limited, numbered runs. Sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Contact us within 14 days of delivery for resolution.
Each beat license tier defines permitted usage, distribution limits, and whether the beat will be removed from the vault. Exclusives are sold on a first-come basis and include trackout stems. Unauthorized resale or redistribution is prohibited.
Booking requests are confirmed only after payment or deposit is received. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session may forfeit the deposit. Rescheduling is allowed with reasonable notice.
All site content, branding, artwork, music, and beats are the property of Out The Vault and Ian Canon unless otherwise licensed. Purchases grant usage rights only as specified in the applicable license.
